Job summary

H&R Block seeks a Multi-Office Leader (Area Experience Leader) to oversee 4–6 retail offices, ensuring a consistent, high-quality client experience across locations. You’ll set expectations for consultative service, execution, and results while coaching Tax Professionals and Client Service Professionals.

As a hands-on leader, you’ll manage staffing, facilities, compliance, and day-to-day operations, travel between offices, and drive revenue and business performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• Strong leadership with ability to coach and develop high-performing teams.
• Demonstrated ability to drive business and financial results across multiple locations.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills with customer-centric focus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop Tax Professionals and Client Service Professionals across 4–6 offices.
