H&R Block is seeking a Multi-Office Leader (Area Experience Leader) to oversee a portfolio of 4-6 retail offices, ensuring a consistent, high-quality client experience and strong operational execution. You’ll lead and develop Tax Professionals and Client Service Professionals, coaching teams to anticipate client needs and deliver expert guidance across offices.

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
3+ years leading teams in a multi-unit environment.
Strong client-centric mindset with demonstrated leadership.

Responsibilities

Own delivery of the consultative client experience across 4-6 offices with disciplined standards.
Evaluate execution quality and client impact across locations.
Drive adoption of new client experience processes, tools, and behaviors.
Lead Tax Professionals and Client Service Professionals with clear expectations and coaching.
Provide coaching based on observed behaviors, performance outcomes and feedback to strengthen team execution.
Identify patterns across offices, address performance gaps, and build bench strength.
Own revenue, growth, and operational performance across offices.
Monitor metrics, identify trends, and drive actions to improve results.
Ensure daily operations across offices including staffing, scheduling, compliance, and SOPs.
Oversee office readiness including facilities, equipment, and onboarding for seasonal demand.
