H&R Block, Inc. is seeking a Multi-Office Leader (Area Experience Leader) to oversee 4-6 retail offices and deliver a high-quality client experience across locations.

You will set expectations for consultative service, operations, coaching, and business results while staying hands-on in offices. You'll lead Tax Professionals and Client Service Professionals, coaching teams to anticipate client needs, and balance strategic oversight with in-office presence to strengthen execution and client

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• 3+ years of work experience leading teams in a multi-unit environment with accountability for performance.
• Strong client-centric mindset with experience delivering consultative client experience.
• Proven leadership ability to coach, develop, and hold teams accountable.
• Experience driving business and financial results while managing day-to-day operations across multiple locations.

• Own consistent delivery of the client experience across 4-6 offices with disciplined execution.
• Evaluate performance and client impact to reinforce strengths and address gaps.
• Lead adoption of new client experience processes, tools, and behaviors with client-centric leadership.
