H&R Block is seeking a Multi-Office Leader to supervise a portfolio of 4–6 retail offices and ensure a consistently outstanding client experience. You will prepare each location for peak periods, set expectations for consultative service, and drive strong execution across teams.

You’ll coach Tax Professionals and Client Service Professionals, aligning priorities with business results while balancing hands-on leadership and strategic oversight.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 3+ years leading teams in multi-unit operations.
• Strong client-centric mindset with leadership and coaching skills.
• Ability to travel frequently between offices to maintain in-person leadership.

• Own consistent delivery of the client experience across 4–6 offices.
