H&R Block is seeking a Multi-Office Leader to oversee a portfolio of 4–6 retail offices, ensuring a consistent, high-quality client experience. You’ll coach Tax Professionals and Client Service Professionals, set expectations, and drive operational excellence across locations.

You’ll balance strategic oversight with hands-on leadership, aligning priorities to strengthen execution, client outcomes, and business performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years leading teams in multi-unit retail/service/ops.
• Strong client-centric mindset with consultative experience.
• Proven ability to drive business and financial results while managing day-to-day ops across locations.
• Frequent travel between offices.

Responsibilities

• Own consistent delivery of the client experience across 4–6 offices.
• Evaluate execution quality and client impact across locations.
• Drive adoption of new client experience processes, tools and behaviors.
• Lead Tax Professionals and Client Service Professionals, coaching for performance.
• Provide coaching based on observed behaviors and outcomes to strengthen team execution.
• Identify patterns, address performance gaps, and develop bench strength.
• Own revenue, growth, and operational performance across offices.
• Monitor metrics and implement actions to improve results and client acquisition.
