Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years leading teams in multi‑unit environments with accountability for performance outcomes.
• Strong client‑centric mindset with consultative client experience.
• Proven leadership to coach, develop, and hold teams accountable.
• Experience driving business and financial results across multiple locations, including labor management.
• Experience guiding change and adoption of new processes.
• Ability to prioritize across locations and exercise independent judgment.
• Experience with facilities, staffing, or compliance.
• Strong communication and problem‑solving skills, including handling escalations.
• Ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Willingness to travel frequently in‑day between offices.

Responsibilities

• Own consistent delivery of consultative client experience across 4–6 offices.
• Evaluate execution quality and client impact across locations.
• Drive adoption of new client experience processes, tools, and behaviors.
• Lead Tax Professionals and Client Service Professionals; coach to consistent performance.
• Provide coaching based on observed behaviors and real‑time feedback.
• Identify patterns, address performance gaps, develop bench strength.
• Own revenue, growth, and business outcomes across offices.
• Monitor performance metrics and implement actions to improve results.
• Ensure daily operations, staffing, scheduling, and compliance across offices.
• Manage office readiness, facilities, and onboarding for seasonal demand.
