You will coach Tax Professionals and Client Service Professionals, set expectations, and balance strategic oversight with hands-on leadership to deliver consistent performance across locations. The role focuses on office readiness, staffing, compliance, and day-to-day operations, with travel between offices to maintain in-person

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years leading teams in multi-unit retail/service/operations.
• Experience delivering consultative client experience and coaching teams.
• Ability to travel frequently and work evenings/weekends as needed.
• Strong problem-solving and data interpretation skills.

Responsibilities

• Own consistent delivery of the client experience across 4-6 offices.
• Evaluate execution quality and client impact across locations.
• Drive adoption of new client experience processes and tools.
• Lead teams with clear expectations and accountability.
• Provide coaching informed by observed behaviours and performance.
