Sun Auto Tire & Service is seeking a District Manager to lead 8–10 automotive service locations in the Phoenix market. You will guide Store Managers, drive profitability, and ensure customer experience excellence while implementing company standards and initiatives.

The role emphasizes strategic leadership, talent development, and maximizing market growth across the district with accountability for results.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of multi‑unit management in automotive aftermarket or related service industry.
• Experience leading multiple locations and achieving sales, profit, and operational objectives.
• Strong understanding of automotive service operations and retail fundamentals.
• Experience managing P&L, budgeting, labor controls, and operational metrics.
• Willing to travel extensively within the assigned market; valid Florida driver’s license.
• Available for a five‑day workweek (Mon-Fri) with flexibility as needed.
