• Develop and execute annual growth strategies to achieve Membership, retention, launch, and revenue goals.
• Drive market expansion and oversee new Chapter development initiatives.
• Build and maintain a robust pipeline of prospective Members, Chapter opportunities, and leadership talent.
• Drive net Membership growth through strategic recruitment, retention, and engagement initiatives.
• Analyze market trends, Chapter performance metrics, and business reports to identify opportunities and risks.
• Partner with Regional Development to align area growth plans with market objectives.
• Coach Directors, Ambassadors, and Launch Directors to improve Chapter growth and Member engagement.
• Lead onboarding, training, and professional development for area team members.
• Foster a high-performance culture and conduct regular business reviews to assess progress.
• Collaborate with support teams to ensure a seamless Member experience and long-term sustainability.
