Zusammenfassung

OsteoCentric Trauma, LLC seeks an Area Director to lead our Mountain Region distributor network and drive strategic growth for UnifiMI technology. The role targets expanding relationships with key accounts, coaching partners, and optimizing resources across Phoenix, Salt Lake City, and Denver markets.

You’ll own the regional strategy, manage partners, and report to senior leadership while building surgeon and hospital stakeholder trust through clinical education and hands-on support.

Qualifikationen

• 10+ years of outside sales experience in the orthopedic medical device industry.

Aufgaben

• Lead, develop, and hold accountable a network of distribution partners, setting clear expectations and coaching performance.
• Identify and pursue growth opportunities within an established region, converting incremental accounts and deepening penetration with existing customers.
• Build and strengthen relationships with key accounts, champion users, and medical opinion leaders across the Area.
• Drive OR presence through clinical education, in-servicing, and hands-on product support that builds surgeon confidence and loyalty.
• Develop and execute a strategic plan for the Area with milestones and senior leadership alignment.
• Manage the Area budget, allocating resources, travel, and expenses to maximize ROI.
• Monitor pipeline and performance metrics; provide regular reporting to senior management.
• Gather competitive and market intelligence to inform pricing strategy and product positioning.
• Represent OsteoCentric Trauma at industry conferences and maximize UnifiMI adoption through targeted outreach.
