Job summary

Advita Ortho seeks a Strategic Growth Director to lead field-based commercial initiatives across Shoulder and Foot & Ankle offerings. You will drive GPS technology adoption, ASC business development, and new account activation while partnering with distributors and cross-functional teams.

Reporting to the RVP, the role focuses on expanding surgeon and facility relationships, delivering incremental revenue, and creating repeatable growth strategies with measurable results across the region.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience preferred.
10+ years in orthopedic medical device sales or business development.
Strong knowledge of Shoulder and/or Foot & Ankle.
Proven success launching new products or markets and converting competitors.
Experience with enabling technology, GPS/navigation, ASCs or ambulatory care settings.

Responsibilities

Lead regional growth strategies for GPS technology, ASCs, surgeon conversions, and new market development.
Identify and prioritize high-value Shoulder and Foot & Ankle surgeons, ASCs, health systems, and competitive accounts.
Develop surgeon- and account-specific conversion plans addressing clinical, operational, technology, and economic needs.
Coordinate GPS demonstrations, evaluations, education, training, initial cases, and implementation support.
Build GPS adoption by developing surgeon advocates, monitoring results, and addressing barriers to growth.
Create and manage a pipeline of ASC opportunities from target identification through activation and expansion.
Develop relationships with surgeons, ASC admins, service-line leaders, and other key decision-makers.
