Ossium Health, Inc. is seeking a Regional Manager, Orthopedics to lead commercial efforts for the Ossigraft portfolio across the Midwest. You will engage surgeons and clinical staff, deliver product education, and support adoption in hospitals and surgery centers.

The role requires 3–5 years in medical device sales, strong clinical acumen, and the ability to travel 50–75% to major Midwest markets such as Chicago, St. Louis, Indianapolis, or Kansas City.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Life Sciences, or related field.
• 3–5 years of medical device sales experience in biologics.
• Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales quotas.
• Strong clinical acumen for high-level medical discussions.
• Experience selling into operating rooms and hospitals.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Willing to travel 50–75% within the Midwest.
• Field-based role covering Midwest markets (e.g., Chicago, St Louis, KC).
