Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred.
• Minimum seven years of supervisory experience in human services.
• Experience with root cause analysis, risk assessments, and quality improvement (Virginia only).
• Proficient with Word, Excel, Outlook and basic computer skills.
• Pre-employment background and drug screenings are required.
• Valid Driver’s License and approved driver status.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative oversight to ensure quality and compliance of programs and services for people with intellectual/developmental disabilities.
• Liaise with NHQ, state regulatory agencies, and external stakeholders.
• Mentor and develop managers to enhance leadership and succession.
• Support development of annual operating budgets and monitor financial performance.
• Collaborate with state directors and regional teams on growth strategies and ROI.
