Qualifications

• Requires pre-employment background and drug screenings.
• Valid Driver's License with endorsements and 3+ years driving experience.
• Basic computer skills.
• Experience with intellectual/developmental disabilities preferred.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Service Field, Education, or Recreational Activities required.
• Two+ years supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership, supervision, and direction to designated employees.
• Ensure day service supervisors document trainings, support, and behavior programs per ISP and regulatory agencies.
• Monitor policy compliance and provide training to employees.
• Offer constructive feedback through mentoring and role modeling.
• Assist with budgeting and financial documentation at Area Director's direction.
• Ensure timely and accurate billing for each program.
