This full-time role requires at least seven years of supervisory experience in human services, with a focus on leadership and communication skills. A Bachelor’s degree is mandatory, while a Master's degree is preferred. The successful candidate will mentor managers, develop budgets, and ensure a safe environment for both employees and individuals served.

Qualifications

• Minimum seven years of supervisory experience required in human services.
• Must possess a valid Driver's License with all necessary endorsements.
• Experience in conducting root cause analysis and risk assessments required in Virginia.
