Sunrise Community of Iowa, Inc. is seeking a leader to provide administrative oversight for programs serving people with intellectual and developmental disabilities.

You will liaise with state regulators and NHQ, ensuring quality services, compliance, and stakeholder engagement. The role leads staff, mentors managers, participates in budgeting and growth planning, and champions a culture of safety and excellence in service delivery.

Formación

• Requires pre-employment background and drug screenings.
• Must have valid driver's license with endorsements and at least 3 years driving experience.
• Proficient with Word, Excel, Outlook and basic computer skills.
• Bachelor's Degree required; Master’s Degree preferred.
• Minimum of seven years of supervisory experience in human services.
• Experience in root cause analysis, risk assessments, and quality improvement (Virginia only).

Responsabilidades

• Organizational mission and strategy: work with staff and stakeholders to fulfill the mission with quality services, advocacy, and outreach.
• Leadership and administration: foster open communication, safe environment, and ensure regulatory compliance; develop managers for growth.
• Financial performance and viability: participate in annual budget development and monitor financial performance.
• Growth: collaborate with State/Regional Directors to develop ROI-focused growth strategies and identify opportunities.
• Communication: ensure clear English communication with staff and others regarding medical care, supports, and services.
