Job summary

MarcJax, LLC in Virginia Beach is seeking an Area Coach to oversee a multi-unit Taco Bell footprint in the Norfolk/Virginia Beach area. You will own store-level P&L, lead on-floor operations, and develop bench strength across RGMs and shift leaders.

This hands-on role demands a results-driven leader with 5+ years of multi-unit QSR experience (4+ locations) and a proven track record of improving EBITDA, guest satisfaction, and brand standards. Relocation not required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of multi-unit QSR leadership with 4+ locations and full P&L accountability.
• Taco Bell leadership experience preferred.
• Hands-on, on-floor leadership style with active shift walks.
• Stable employment history and talent development track record.
• Strong financial acumen with period-end P&Ls and EBITDA understanding.

Responsibilities

• P&L ownership and EBITDA optimization for each unit.
• Walk the floor, coach RGMs and shift leaders on operations.
• Develop bench and succession planning across stores.
• Ensure brand standards and Taco Bell program execution.
• Collaborate with HR, training, supply chain, and marketing.
