Job summary

MarcJax, LLC is seeking an Area Coach to oversee multiple Taco Bell locations in the Norfolk/Virginia Beach area. You will own store-level P&L outcomes, drive operational execution, and build a leadership bench across stores.

The role is hands-on, with significant time on the floor coaching General Managers and improving speed and guest satisfaction. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of multi-unit QSR leadership with P&L accountability, strong brand knowledge of Taco Bell, and a proven track

Qualifications

• 5+ years of multi-unit QSR leadership with P&L accountability.
• Taco Bell leadership experience preferred.
• Hands-on, floor leadership style with active coaching.
• Proven talent development and promotions history.
• Strong command of period-end P&Ls and costs.

Responsibilities

• P&L Ownership: Drive sales, manage labor and food costs, maximize EBITDA, act on operational data.
• In-Restaurant Leadership: Spend most time on the floor coaching GMs and managers.
• Bench Development: Mentor RGMs and develop AGMs and Shift Leaders for succession.
• Brand Standards: Enforce QSC, optimize drive-thru speed, elevate guest scores, execute programs and rollouts.
• Platform Collaboration: Work with HR, training, supply chain, and marketing across 475+ unit platform.
