Job summary

Hospitality Restaurant Group is seeking an Area Coach to lead multiple Taco Bell locations. You will supervise, hire and develop restaurant management, coach on core operating principles, and drive customer satisfaction and financial results across the area.

The role requires strong leadership, communication, and travel between stores daily, with a focus on team development and performance improvements. This is a hands-on senior management position within a franchise network.

Qualifications

• 5 years of successful, operational multi-unit management experience.
• Proven track record of developing managerial employees.
• Proven ability to achieve high customer satisfaction, financial performance and employee satisfaction.
• Good communication skills and strong interpersonal and conflict resolution skills.
• Exceptional team building capability.
• Basic business math and accounting skills, and strong analytical decision making.
• Basic personal computer literacy.
• Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
• Must be able to travel between designated stores daily.
• Background checks are run on all management employees.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and supervision of approximately 4 - 10 Taco Bell restaurants.
• Find, hire and develop RGM, AGMs and Shift Managers.
• Coach RGMs on the '4 Rights' with regular 1:1 feedback.
• Take action beyond minimum requirements with high activity.
• Analyze VOC and CORE to understand customer perceptions of restaurants.
• Lead product and program rollouts with RGMs for success.
• Resolve customer complaints quickly while maintaining positive relations.
• Demonstrate a positive attitude with coworkers, employees and customers.
• Analyze the financial performance of the area and identify trends.
