Job summary

Staab Management, a Midwest Pizza Hut franchise, is seeking an Area Coach to lead and develop Restaurant General Managers across multiple locations. You will drive sales, control costs, and uphold brand standards while building strong teams and mentoring future leaders.

The role requires 5+ years of multi-unit restaurant leadership, a valid driver's license, willingness to travel, and a track record of P&L management.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of multi-unit restaurant leadership experience (QSR preferred).
• Must be at least 21 years old with a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
