Staab Management, a Pizza Hut franchise in the Midwest, is seeking an Area Coach to lead and develop Restaurant General Managers across multiple locations. You will drive sales, monitor KPIs, and ensure top-tier guest experience.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years of multi-unit restaurant leadership, strong financial acumen, and willingness to travel. Must be 21+, possess a valid driver’s license, and have reliable transportation.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of multi-unit restaurant leadership experience (QSR preferred).
• Must be at least 21 years old with a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Strong business and financial acumen (P&L experience).

Responsibilities

• Coach and develop Restaurant General Managers across multiple locations.
• Drive sales, profit, and key performance metrics.
• Analyze P&L and manage labor, inventory, and costs.
• Execute company initiatives across all locations.
