Job summary

Staab Management, owner of a Pizza Hut franchise, is seeking an Area Coach to lead and develop Restaurant General Managers across locations. You will drive sales, profitability, and guest experience while ensuring consistent operations and cost control.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years of multi-unit restaurant leadership, strong P&L acumen, and a willingness to travel. This role offers a path to career growth within a family-owned Midwest operation.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old with a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• 5+ years of multi-unit restaurant leadership experience (QSR preferred).
• Proven leadership and team development skills.
• Strong business and financial acumen (P&L experience).
• Organized, results-driven, and able to manage multiple locations.
• Flexible schedule and ability to travel.
