Job summary

Staab Management, a Midwest Pizza Hut franchise, is seeking an Area Coach to lead and develop Restaurant General Managers across multiple locations. You will drive sales and profit while upholding high standards of guest service and food quality.

The role requires strong P&L experience, travel flexibility, and a track record of building high-performing teams across several sites.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of multi-unit restaurant leadership experience (QSR preferred).
• Strong business and financial acumen with P&L experience.
• Proven leadership and team development skills.
• Organized, results-driven, able to manage multiple locations.
• Flexible schedule and ability to travel.

Responsibilities

• Coach and develop Restaurant General Managers across locations.
• Build strong, engaged teams and future leaders.
• Drive sales, profit, and key performance metrics.
• Ensure high standards for operations, food quality, and guest experience.
• Analyze P&L and manage labor, inventory, and costs.
• Execute company initiatives across all locations.
