Job summary

Staab Management is seeking an Area Coach to mentor and develop Restaurant General Managers across multiple locations. You will drive sales and profitability while upholding brand standards and guest experience.

You will analyze P&L, control labor and inventory, and execute company initiatives across sites. Travel between locations is required, and you are expected to lead with strong business acumen and people leadership.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of multi-unit restaurant leadership experience (QSR preferred).
• Strong leadership and team development skills.
• Proven business and financial acumen (P&L experience).
• Must be at least 21 years old with a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Willing and able to travel between locations.

Responsibilities

• Coach and develop Restaurant General Managers across locations.
• Build strong, engaged teams and future leaders.
• Drive sales, profit, and key performance metrics.
