Job summary

Staab Management, a Midwest Pizza Hut franchise, is seeking an Area Coach to lead and develop Restaurant General Managers across multiple locations.

You will drive sales and profitability, uphold food quality and guest experience, analyze P&L, and execute company initiatives. Willingness to travel and strong leadership is required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of multi-unit restaurant leadership (QSR preferred).
• Proven leadership and team development skills.
• Strong business and financial acumen (P&L experience).
• Flexible schedule with ability to travel.

• Strong business and financial acumen (P&L experience)
• Organized, results-driven, and able to manage multiple locations
• Flexible schedule and ability to travel
