Job summary

Staab Management, a Midwest Pizza Hut franchise, is seeking an Area Coach to lead and develop Restaurant General Managers across multiple locations. You will drive sales and profitability while maintaining high standards of guest experience and food quality.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in multi-unit restaurant leadership, strong coaching skills, and proven P&L expertise. Must be 21+, with a valid license and willingness to travel; travel across locations is expected.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of multi-unit restaurant leadership experience (QSR preferred).
• Strong leadership and team development skills.
• Proven business and financial acumen (P&L experience).
• Must be at least 21 years old with a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Flexible schedule and ability to travel.
• Organized, results-driven, and able to manage multiple locations.

Responsibilities

• Coach and develop Restaurant General Managers.
• Build strong, engaged teams and future leaders.
• Drive sales, profit, and key performance metrics.
• Ensure high standards for operations, food quality, and guest experience.
• Analyze P&L and manage labor, inventory, and costs.
