Job summary

Pizza Hut is seeking an Area Coach to lead and develop multiple Restaurant General Managers across our Midwest franchise network. You will drive sales, ensure exceptional guest experiences, and uphold food quality and operational standards.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years in multi-unit restaurant leadership, strong financial acumen, and the ability to travel across locations to coach teams and implement company initiatives.

Qualifications

• Must be 21+ years old with valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• 5+ years of multi-unit restaurant leadership experience (QSR preferred).
• Proven leadership and team development skills.
• Strong business and financial acumen, including P&L experience.

Responsibilities

• Coach and develop Restaurant General Managers across locations.
• Build strong, engaged teams and future leaders.
• Drive sales, profit, and key performance metrics.
• Ensure high standards for operations, food quality and guest experience.
• Analyze P&L, manage labor, inventory and costs; execute company initiatives across locations.
