Workstream is seeking an Area Coach (District Manager) to oversee multiple casual dining locations. You will drive operational excellence, develop leadership talent, ensure consistent guest experiences, and maximize financial performance.

Lead management teams, implement new products, and monitor KPIs to improve profitability while maintaining food safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of multi-unit or district-level experience in restaurant or food service management.
• Proven track record of developing high-performing teams, improving guest satisfaction, and driving sales and profitability.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and interpersonal skills; excellent verbal and written communication.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities; able to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Deep understanding of restaurant operations and industry best practices.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, coach, and develop Restaurant Managers and Assistant Managers.
• Build a strong leadership pipeline and succession plan across locations.
• Hold management teams accountable for performance and results.
• Ensure consistent execution of company standards, including food safety, quality, and facility maintenance.
• Drive operational improvements through adherence to systems and processes.
• Lead the rollout and execution of new products and initiatives.
• Ensure a consistent, high-quality customer experience across all locations.
• Respond promptly and effectively to guest concerns; coach teams to exceed guest expectations.
• Analyze sales, labor, and cost trends to identify opportunities; develop and execute strategies to improve profitability.
• Establish and monitor key performance metrics (KPIs).
• Set clear expectations and measurable goals for each location; track and improve employee satisfaction, retention, and engagement.
• Drive a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.

A large and rapidly growing casual dining franchisee is seeking an experienced Area Coach (District Manager) to oversee multiple restaurant locations. This role is responsible for driving operational excellence, developing leadership talent, ensuring consistent guest experiences, and maximizing financial performance.
