Job summary

Staab Management, a Midwest Pizza Hut franchise, is seeking an Area Coach to lead and develop Restaurant General Managers across multiple locations. You will coach, build strong teams, drive sales and KPIs, and ensure operational excellence.

You will analyze P&L, manage labor, inventory and costs, and execute company initiatives across locations. Must be 21+, have a valid driver's license, 5+ years multi-unit restaurant leadership, and willing to travel.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of multi-unit restaurant leadership experience (QSR preferred).
• Must be at least 21 years old with a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Strong business and financial acumen (P&L experience).
• Organized, results-driven, and able to manage multiple locations.
• Flexible schedule and ability to travel.
