Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage general and preventive maintenance functions to ensure guest service and sustainability standards.
• Maintain the hotel R&M budget and supervise associates to brand standards.
• Inspect rooms, coordinate bids/contracts with 3rd-party vendors, and oversee small projects.
• Install or repair electrical fixtures, plumbing, and life safety systems; report PMs.
• Provide weekly updates to senior engineering leadership.
