The Project Planner V[C] will operate in a setting that demands clear communication, practical planning input, and strong day-to-day execution support.

About the Role

  • Anticipate and resolve spatial, temporal, or resource conflicts between work groups.
  • Support Long Range and Infrastructure Planners with constructability reviews, contracting input, and scope validation.

  • Coordinate logistics for in‑field activities, including East‑West flights and CD3 visits for O&M activities.
  • Coordinate response and execution of emergent work, including pipeline leaks, drill site shutdowns, and other unplanned events.
  • Track progress of construction work, including cost performance and scope changes, and update monthly plans and budgets.
  • Maintain records of punch lists, commissioning activities, and project closeout deliverables.
  • Act as the primary point of contact between field crews, supervisors, Anchorage‑based teams, and contractors during execution.
  • Escalate resource and schedule conflicts, safety issues, or material delays promptly for resolution.
Required Experience & Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in operations, maintenance planning, construction coordination, or project execution in oil & gas, mining, or other heavy industry.
