Worley is seeking a Project Pipefitter Helper/Roustabout for a temporary four-month assignment on a construction project at Prudhoe Bay, AK. The role involves supporting journeymen with setup, welding prep, and material handling in a remote Arctic environment.

Typical duties include layout, cutting, welding prep, and tool operation. Candidates should have a high school diploma or GED and NSTC training; familiarity with blueprints is essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• NSTC certification or training preferred.
• Ability to operate welding equipment safely and follow blueprints.

Responsibilities

• Lay out, position, align, and secure parts and assemblies.
• Prepare material surfaces for welding; ensure clean surfaces.
• Set up welding machines and adjust parameters as needed.
• Operate cutting equipment for ACC, PAC, and Oxy/fuel processes.
• Assist with weld grinding and finishing; remove slag and spatter.
• Read blueprints and follow layouts and work orders.
• Tag materials with job numbers and maintain records.
• Maintain housekeeping and safety standards on site.
