Job summary

Hilcorp Energy Company is recruiting for an on-site Field Operator positioned on the North Slope, Alaska. The successful candidate will monitor pumps, compressors, valves, tanks, and related equipment to maintain safe operations and meet production targets.

Qualifications

• Two (2) years oilfield experience.
• Willingness to work fourteen (14) day on/14 day off fourteen hour shift.
• Willingness to work nights and be on call.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and inspect facility/field equipment to ensure it is maintained and in good/safe operating condition.
• Evaluate equipment performance and recommend improvements.
• Perform regular equipment maintenance to maximize production capacity and quality.
• Shuts down equipment following supervisor instructions in emergencies.
• Maintain detailed records and facility logs; ensure SPCC compliance.
