Qualifications

• Ten years minimum experience in operating oil and gas production facilities.
• Strong mechanical troubleshooting abilities.
• Proven leadership and team management capabilities.

Responsabilités

• Supervise daily production field operations by area.
• Monitor and maintain well reports, production records, and spend plans.
• Oversee spare parts inventory and field automation systems.
• Lead field staff and contract employees; plan workloads and training.
• Ensure safety, reliability and on-schedule performance across fields.
