Job summary

Worley is seeking an experienced HSE Supervisor for the North Slope, Prudhoe Bay, AK on a remote rotational schedule. The role leads HSE Advisors, ensures safe, compliant operations, and partners with client representatives.

The assignment features 12-hour days on a 2- or 3-week rotation, meals and lodging provided, and transport from Anchorage. The ideal candidate has OSH degree, 5+ years' experience, and leadership credentials.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in occupational safety and health or equivalent, with at least five years in OSH/HSE.
• At least two years of prior leadership experience.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to be insured by Worley.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach North Slope HSE Advisor team to ensure field execution aligns with expectations.
• Maintain field visibility through site visits and safety meetings with operations.
• Support implementation and improvement of HSE programs and incident prevention.
