Job summary

Worley Group, Inc. is seeking an HSE Supervisor to lead the North Slope HSE team and oversee field safety across operations, maintenance, construction, and support activities on the Prudhoe Bay site.

The role requires directing Advisors, coordinating with operations and clients, and driving compliant, safe execution in a remote Arctic environment. The position emphasizes regulatory compliance, incident investigation, and continuous improvement of HSE programs, with a focus on practical hazard

Qualifications

• Associate degree in OSH or equivalent with experience in OSH/HSE roles.
• CHST or OHST certification or ability to obtain within a defined timeframe.
• Valid driver's license and ability to be insured by Worley.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach the HSE Advisor team to ensure field execution aligns with Worley and client expectations.
• Maintain field visibility through site visits and safety meetings with operations and client reps.
• Support continuous improvement of North Slope HSE programs, procedures, training, and incident prevention processes.
• Assess work areas for hazards and develop practical controls with operations.
• Conduct inspections, audits, and field verifications; serve as HSE rep during audits and reviews.
• Partner with line management to strengthen hazard recognition, risk assessment, and safe work execution.
• Support incident investigation and timely completion of corrective actions and reports.
• Advise management and staff on safety regulations, client requirements, and safe practices.
• Coordinate with clients and internal stakeholders on HSE plans, reporting, and field execution requirements.
• Oversee contractor HSE compliance oversight and audits.
• Maintain HSE records, metrics, and documentation to support regulatory compliance and continuous improvement.
• Support emergency response planning, environmental compliance, spill prevention, and related field readiness.
• Support Process Safety Management initiatives and critical safety barriers.
• Identify opportunities to improve HSE systems and field practices based on regulatory updates and field feedback.
