• Ensure lifting gear is inspected and complies with OSHA and policy.
• Develop and coordinate lifts with area authority and foreman.
• Pre-check and inspect equipment; log maintenance and operation notes.
• Tag unsafe equipment; notify foremen for repair.
• Attend trainings and toolbox talks; ensure certifications are current.
