Qualifications

• 1–2 years’ experience safely rigging and signaling lifting equipment.
• NSTC certification or equivalent safety training is required.
• CDL preferred for heavy-haul and tanker operations.

Responsibilities

• Erect, raise, join, and place structural components to form frames.
• Operate or direct cranes for lifting and moving loads.
• Set up rigging, braces, and hoisting equipment on site.
• Follow hand signals or radios to coordinate with crane operators.
• Maintain safe work practices in remote Arctic environments.
