Job summary

Worley in Prudhoe Bay, Alaska is seeking Crane Operators for rotational, remote work on site. You will operate a range of crane equipment in extreme arctic conditions to support oilfield operations.

Ideal candidates are safety-focused, with NCCCO and NSTC certifications, a Class A CDL, and 2+ years of crane experience. This role requires physical fitness and the ability to work a demanding rotation schedule.

Camp accommodations and meals are provided during rotations.

Crane Operators - Prudhoe Bay - Rotational - Camp + Flights - Prudhoe Bay, AK

Worley is seeking Crane Operators for rotational, remote work in Prudhoe Bay, Alaska. This position involves operating a variety of crane equipment in challenging arctic conditions, supporting oilfield operations. Ideal candidates are experienced, safety-focused, and able to thrive in a remote environment with extended shifts and harsh weather.

What You’ll Need

• NCCCO certification for Crane Operator with TLL cert
• Valid Class A CDL and insurability under company policy
• Two years’ experience operating at least one of: boom trucks, rough terrain cranes, pedestal cranes, truck cranes, crawler cranes, tower cranes, derricks, or side booms
• High school diploma or GED
• North Slope Training Cooperative (NSTC) certification (Worley can provide training if needed)
• Ability to meet physical demands: standing, walking, climbing, lifting up to 50 lbs, pushing/pulling up to 90 lbs, working in cold environments
• Ability to wear and utilize fall protection
• Ability to work in a remote Arctic environment with limited medical resources

What Will Make You Stand Out

• Hazmat endorsement
• Three years of lattice boom crane experience
• Petrochemical, oilfield, or arctic experience
• Five years’ experience operating various types of cranes under multi-weather conditions
• One year experience in or knowledge of the Prudhoe Bay, Kuparuk, and Alpine oilfields
