Job summary

Worley in Prudhoe Bay, AK is seeking a Crane & Equipment Operator / Wells Intervention Tech on a rotational schedule. You will operate boom trucks, Grove cranes and hydraulic cranes, perform pre-operation checks, and assist with well tie-ins and other oilfield tasks. The role requires reading gauges, following safety protocols, and maintaining certifications in a remote Arctic environment. Meals and lodging are provided, with transportation between Anchorage and Prudhoe Bay.

Qualifications

• Must acquire Class A CDL with hazardous endorsement within 6 months.
• NCCCO TLL large telescopic certification.
• NSTC certification training provided by Worley.

Responsibilities

• Operate boom trucks, Grove cranes and 45–90-ton hydraulic cranes.
• Perform pre-checks and inspections of equipment before operation.
• Maintain and log equipment operation and safety checks; notify foremen of faults.
• Attend required safety trainings and toolbox talks; ensure annual certifications.
• Perform physical labor when crane operations are not needed.
