Worley Group, Inc. seeks a Roads and Pads Operator (levels 1–4) for a remote/rotational role based in Prudhoe Bay, AK.

The job features an intensive 84-hour workweek (40 hours straight time and 44 hours at time and a half) with meals and lodging provided on location, and transportation between Anchorage and Prudhoe Bay arranged by Worley. Responsibilities include operating a range of heavy equipment, performing safety inspections, and ensuring compliance with DOT rules.

Competenze

• DOT regulations knowledge for heavy equipment operations.
• Ability to operate multiple road maintenance machines safely.
• Strong safety and pre-task planning mindset.

Mansioni

• Operate graders, loaders, snowblowers, dozers, excavators and other equipment.
• Perform pre/post-trip inspections and safety assessments.
• Safely secure loads and follow DOT safety standards.
• Coordinate with dispatch and onsite crews; maintain equipment.
• Adhere to Worley and client health, safety and environmental policies.
