Job summary

Worley is seeking a Crane & Equipment Operator / Wells Intervention Tech for Prudhoe Bay, AK on a rotational schedule. The role involves operating boom trucks, Grove cranes, and hydraulic cranes, performing pre-checks, and supporting well tie-ins and API bolt-ups on a crew.

The position requires ability to meet physical demands, safety training, and certifications; Worley provides meals, lodging, and transportation between Anchorage and Prudhoe Bay.

Qualifications

• Must be able to acquire a Class A CDL with hazardous endorsement within 6 months of employment.
• NCCCO TLL large telescopic (swing cab) certification.
• High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
• NSTC certification training provided by Worley if needed.

Responsibilities

• Operate various equipment including boom trucks, Grove cranes, and 45- to 90-ton hydraulic cranes.
• Perform pre-checks and inspections of equipment before operation.
• Maintain safety by logging maintenance and reporting faulty equipment.
• Attend training sessions and toolbox talks on safety.
• Ensure crane certifications are up to date and assist in manual labor tasks as needed.
