Job summary

Worley Group, Inc. is seeking an experienced crane operator for a remote/rotational role based in Prudhoe Bay, AK.

The job involves operating cranes and lifting equipment, performing pre-op inspections, and maintaining logs while adhering to safety standards on a demanding Arctic site. The role includes extensive field labor during downtime, training sessions, and a schedule that rotates two or three weeks on/off.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read gauges and operate heavy equipment safely.
• Knowl­edge of maintenance logs and safe procedures.
• Proven ability to follow safety and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Operate boom trucks, Grove cranes, and 45–90 ton cranes.
• Perform pre-operation inspections and log maintenance.
• Notify foremen of faulty equipment and tag out.
• Attend safety trainings and toolbox talks.
• Ensure crane has annual certifications.
• Perform physical labor when crane operations aren’t needed.
