Job summary

Fairweather is seeking a Construction Supervisor to lead the Willow Facility construction program on Alaska's North Slope. You will oversee planning, readiness, and field execution with a focus on safety, quality, and on-time delivery.

The role requires 10+ years in construction with 7+ years in supervision, plus the ability to rotate to site 1Q25. The position offers a 3x3 rotation, strong benefits, and opportunities for growth within a Doyon company family.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to lead and deliver large construction projects safely and successfully.
• Proven ability to manage interfaces involving multiple field construction contractors.
• 10+ years of construction experience.
• 7+ years of construction supervision or management.
• Ability to work on the North Slope on a rotation schedule (1Q25).

Responsibilities

• Develop and finalize yearly construction plans and supervise field activities.
• Lead field safety and environmental performance across the program.
• Coordinate construction readiness, planning meetings, and contractor mobilization.
• Oversee project milestones, budgets, quality, and HSE performance.
• Interface with contractor leadership and field supervisors to ensure progress.
