Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Develop and finalize yearly construction plans and readiness checklists.
• Review drawings, permits, and hazards; coordinate with planning teams.
• Lead readiness and weekly planning meetings with Company/Contractor teams.
• Oversee field resources to meet milestones, scope, cost, quality, and HSE.
• Monitor contractor performance via KPI reports and drive improvements.
• Coordinate interfaces between multiple field contractors and operations.
