Job summary

RWDY Inc. seeks a Construction Supervisor/Superintendent V for the Willow Facility Program in Willow, Alaska. You will lead field teams, review engineering drawings, and manage contractor performance to ensure safety and milestone delivery.

The role requires 10+ years of construction experience and 7+ years in supervision, with ability to coordinate multiple contractors on a North Slope site on a 3x3 rotational schedule (12-hour days).

Qualifications

• 10+ years of construction experience.
• 7+ years in construction supervision/management.
• Proven ability to deliver large construction projects.
• Proven ability to manage interfaces with multiple field contractors.
• Ability to work on the North Slope on a rotational schedule.
• Strong execution, planning and HSE leadership capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and finalize yearly construction plans and readiness checklists.
• Review permits, drawings, constraints and hazards.
• Lead constructability reviews and facility planning input.
• Coordinate logistics for camps, aviation, transport, equipment and materials.
• Lead the readiness process and weekly planning meetings.
• Ensure deliverables are reviewed and approved before mobilization.
• Oversee assigned resources to achieve milestones with HSE, scope and quality.
• Monitor contractor performance and identify improvement opportunities.
• Interface with contractor field leadership and manage interfaces between contractors.
• Coordinate overall execution and SIMOPS with Drilling, Completions and Operations.
• Lead HSE performance and enforce safety policies and COPA processes.
• Perform site walk-downs and review THA/JHA documentation.
• Facilitate toolbox talks and safety meetings with leadership.
