Job summary

Fairweather is seeking a Construction Coordinator to join the Willow Construction Team in Alaska’s North Slope region. The role supports the Construction Supervisor, overseeing field activities, contractor progress, and safety performance to ensure successful delivery of the Willow Pipeline Program.

The position emphasizes planning, interface management, and on-site leadership in a remote environment, with night-shift coverage as needed and strong focus on health, safety, and environmental

Qualifications

• 10+ years of Pipeline construction or related construction experience
• Proven ability to manage interfaces involving multiple field construction contractors
• Legally authorized to work in the United States
• Must possess a valid driver’s license
• Competent in Microsoft Office applications (Word/Excel)
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering, Construction, or relevant field experience
• 5+ years of construction in Arctic conditions
• 5+ years of construction supervision/construction management
• Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
• Demonstrated performance as part of a team working on a large project and interfacing with project leadership

Responsibilities

• Plan and implement yearly construction plans; oversee field construction activities
• Lead field safety and environmental performance
• Provide oversight of construction resources to meet milestones and standards
• Monitor contractor performance and advise on improvements
• Coordinate interfaces between field contractors and company operations
• Manage day-to-day activities for all construction contracts
• Contribute input to project execution strategies and SIMOP activities
• Coordinate with COPA Logistics and Materials teams for timely material delivery
• Conduct safety engagements and enforce HSE policies
