Job summary

Fairweather is seeking a Construction Supervisor for the Willow Facility Program on Alaska's North Slope. You will lead field construction activities, supervise coordinators, and ensure health, safety, quality, and schedule adherence for the Willow Facility project.

Responsibilities include reviewing drawings, planning readiness, coordinating with field teams, and driving continuous improvement while maintaining strict safety standards in a remote, Arctic environment.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to lead and deliver large construction projects safely and successfully.
• Proven ability to manage interfaces involving multiple field construction contractors.
• Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and finalize yearly construction plans.
• Supervise assigned field construction activities and lead field safety performances.
• Monitor contractor performance and ensure company execution standards are met for scope, cost, quality, and HSE.
• Coordinate overall project execution including SIMOP activities with Drilling, Completions and Operations.
