Fairweather, a Doyon company, seeks a Construction Supervisor to manage the Willow Facility program on Alaska’s North Slope. You will review drawings, coordinate with field teams, and drive readiness and execution for complex construction scopes in Arctic conditions.

You will lead safety, schedule, and resource planning efforts, ensuring contractor compliance and timely delivery while maintaining quality and environmental standards.

Formación

• Proven ability to lead and deliver large construction projects safely and successfully.
• Proven ability to manage interfaces involving multiple field construction contractors.
• 10+ years of construction
• 7+ years of construction supervision/construction management.

Responsabilidades

• Develop yearly construction plans and supervise assigned field activities.
• Lead the construction readiness process and conduct planning meetings.
• Ensure health and safety of all field personnel.
• Coordinate interfaces between field construction contractors.
• Monitor contractor performance via KPIs.
