Job summary

Worley Group, Inc. seeks an Overhead Door & Building Maintenance Technician for a remote/rotational role based in Prudhoe Bay, AK. Schedule is two weeks on/two weeks off or three weeks on/three weeks off, typically 84 hours per week (40 hours straight time plus overtime).

Meals and lodging are provided on location, with transportation from Anchorage to Prudhoe Bay arranged by Worley. The role covers building maintenance and overhead door services, including installation, maintenance, and

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
• Experience in two of building maintenance, HVAC, mechanics, electrical/controls, or plumbing crafts.
• Six months to one year of experience installing commercial/industrial overhead doors.
• Valid driver's license and ability to be covered by Worley auto insurer.
• NSTC certification training provided or available.

Responsibilities

• Performs routine maintenance, repairs, modifications, and replacement of building systems.
• Installs, maintains, and services overhead doors and door operating systems.
• Follow safety, policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements for the job duties.
• Procure parts via computerized material and job order systems.
• Maintain records and attend safety meetings and training sessions.
• Perform minor mechanical, carpentry, electrical work and repairs as needed.
